Go to any depratment store, ask for a replacement and u will get a ticking watch again, trust me,i did it on my Fossil of the same exact kind I have the same Watch and the Battery info 373 SR916SW, I brought Energizer from Ebay and changed it myself.
Not all Fossil watches carry the same battery, so you'll need to verify the make of your watch and see what battery type is compatible. Replacing batteries yourself can be tricky and could harm the watch internally. Your best bet is to send the watch into Fossil for a replacement. It will cost you $18.50, which includes return shipping and handling fee.
A 371 watch battery
The fossil blue watch series has a replaceable battery should the battery die. The back is threaded to allow access to the battery. The new battery would be installed.

Fossil watches are harder than most to replace the battery on as the battery compartment is sealed and pressurized. In order to change the battery one must remove the back plate from the watch then remove the nylon cover beneath it. Press the spring that holds the battery in place to release it.
Watch Battery #371
It requires a watch battery, but there will be one in the watch. You'll only have to worry about replacement when the time comes.
