Most glues will stick to gloss paint.
you get a glue stick and empty it. fill it up with paint and a bit of nailpolish remover and the rip of th spongey bit of a whiteborad duster. cut about 1 6th of that off and stick it in th end of your glue stick, should work well (:
no it will not stick
I don't think you'd get enough glue on the tissue from a glue stick to make it work, but you've got a few weeks until Halloween so as long as it's a "washable" glue stick (so you can get it off without using paint thinner), there's no harm in trying.

Some will and some won't. -Name your glue -
A glue stick is a tube of glue that can be slid onto a surface, rather than squeezed. Glue sticks are often used in elementary school classrooms.
Why not? Glue jewels, stick stickers, paint it blue. Knock yourself out.
Epoxy glues would be best.
Take a piece of paper cut the shapeof the paint on the wall. Then take an elmers glue stick put it on the paper and then put the paper on the wall. Then you take the screwing side of the glue stick and use it to take all the bubbles and creases out and it stays.
