Starfish aren't quite capable of migration or hibernation. They use their suctions cups to stay in one place for periods of time but they are an aquatic animal so they would move freely throughout the ocean. They would not hibernate, they typically stay in a location and use poop or fish guts to create a dome or safe space around them if the water becomes an uncomfortable temperature.
