spanner or a torque wrench
as recommended by the mechanic i used after giving up trying to do mine ,use a jointed spanner
The mechanic would get more leverage. The rotational force applied to the nut is greater the longer the spanner, assuming the mechanic applies the same amount of force.
u can use a spanner if u need to fix something like a screw on the door
BY getting a 17 spanner and first you have to shove it up your asss. then get it out again and smell the spanner, if you like the smell lick it and then go to a mechanic. HE WILL CHANGE IT FOR YOU:)
for workshop use
Its a 13mm spanner that you require.

Because a spanner provides extra leverage - and is much tougher than our fingers !
Usually made of steel.
