No. Mother are human beings, so they are not right all the time. That being said, attentive mothers often have insight into their children that gives their opinion extra weight.

The courts try to be fair for the sake of the children and sometimes it is not always the right decision. Most courts feel that a child is better off spending quality time with both mother and father when they are divorced.

The same under all possible scenarios. Unless specifically stated in a custody decree, they get the child. In Kansas, if the children are under five and the mother is married to the man, and together, the maternal grandparents have first right to take the children under the tender years doctrine. Unless specified, no divorced or single father has a presumed right to the children when a custodial mother dies.
50 prcent of humans in the world are mothers because the mother has to have you right just thank stuped
They do it all the time. Mothers have a universal right to abort her responsibility to a child.
Biological fathers have the right to see their children just as much as biological mothers. If they are not married to the mother, t hey may have to prove they are the father by taking a paternity test.
Mothers are often strict to train their child to do the right thing. However some mothers are not strict and quite often this means that their children get in trouble that could have been prevented.
Boyfriend or husband (unless he is the biological father) has no legal right to the child at all. The mother can try to go for full custody though.
Only with the permission of the mother AND the courts, provided the mother is not on Welfare or will be. Only mothers have the right, under the laws of the land, to abort, abandon, and give up their rights to their children, without societal repercussionand being called deadbeats.
If the funeral is that of the children's other parent or a grandparent, it would be the right thing to do.
