If it is not in your agreement then no. Private school is a luxury nor mandatory and a public school is able to offer a free education. If you have agreed to it prior in family court it might bring issues and concerns. With the economy in the state it is in no judge will say yes u have to, if so appeal it if not in your agreement.
Those are things that are normally hammered out in custody/child support agreements. If you have your paperwork, look it over and see if school fees are mentioned in either document. If not, it's something you'll have to fight over in court.
