Not really, it would help though. You pretty much have to grade their work according to the answer key (which may not be 100% correct). Of course, you need some skill of tutoring to help your child understand what he/she is learning.
You don't hire homeschool teachers. If you are the parent of a child and you decide to homeschool them, it means that you are taking on the responsibility of being their teacher. Otherwise, it's a tutor. (I speak from my own personal knowledge - I'm a homeschooled kid.)

No. A child's education is the responsibility of the parent, and a child cannot be homeschooled without the parent registering them as a homeschool student with the local government or school district. A parent must give their written approval of whatever education their children are recieving.

No. In most places the actual parent does not have to be the teacher, although the parent must approve of and provide the teacher, which may be a friend, family member, tutor, online program, etc.
They get a kid by other putting a random kid in the show. But that random kid has got permission from his or her parent and the kid parent had paid the Disney company for the kid to be in the show
