Judaism has rabbis, NOT pastors.
The title Rabbi isn't present in the Tanach (Jewish Bible). That being said, Rabbi means 'teacher'.
Nicodemus called Jesus "a teacher who has come from God". John 3:2 Jesus was called Rabbi which is priest, pastor, teacher.
More than 1 kind of person: 1. Rabbi 2. Minister 3. Priest 4. Justice of the Peace 5. Captains of Ships
Jesus' teaching against "titles" is found in Matthew 23:8-12:"But you, do not be called, 'Rabbi'; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren. Do not cal anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. And do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ. But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted." [NKJV]

The only use of the word rabbi is to refer to a Jewish teacher or scholar. Rabbis are often prayer leaders as well.
