I have reviewed each commercial and the only one I am not sure if it has a pirate hat or not is the Rock Star commercial. The image quality was to poor on the video I watched of it to be sure if I saw it or not, But there is defiantly a pirate hat in all of the other commercials so I am sure there is one in that one as well.

Restaurant: They are wearing them
Renaissance Fair: On drums
Car Lot: In back of car behind guitarist
Dream Girl: On the piano in the beginning
0n shelf behind band in bycycle com.
ps the hat in dream girl is behind the singer on the close up to the right
It's on the gazebo in the cell phone commercial, and in the Reno commercial (the one with the horse on the stage) look by the singer's elbow in the first few seconds you see him. I hear it' behind the frat boy in the roller coaster commercial, but I can't see it myself.
