Depends which country you live in. Basic human rights where established at the Geneva Convention and it covers mans basic right to practise his or her religion. Unfortunatly if you live in a country that does not recognise the Declaration of Human Rights you would have to refer to your nations constitution. Intresting trivia: America does not recognise the Declaration of Human Rights.
