YES! 2 times a week for small tanks
A 3 inch fish should be in at least 5 gallons of water. Regardless of size, they only need to be fed every two to three days, and a small aquarium should be cleaned weekly, larger ones monthly.
Your fish tank doesn't need to be cleaned. It's always clean.
All fish need at least a 50% water change weekly. Good practice is to change 10% daily and 50% weekly. It is assumed that the tank is large enough for the fish (1 inch of fish needs a minimum of 1 gallon of water) and filtered properly too.
Get a small fish to catch it, oh and you need a glowing rod.

Sure you just need a hook for small fish, but it is always better to match the fishing tackle to the fish you angling for. Ideally for small fish you should be using a light or ultralight fishing rod and tackle. With a carp rod you many not always be able to detect the bite of a small sih. Also the action will be to heavy for most small fish.
This will depend on what you plan to keep, but ultimately you need water, good filtration, regular weekly water changes, water conditioner, and only compatible fish for the size of the tank.
Sharks do mimic because they need to find other small fish to eat
You need about one gallon for every inch of fish you have
no koi fish do not need a lot of space 10 to 12 of them are often put into a small pond
No, all aquarium kept fish need filtration
Probably it's getting the flow of cleaned water as it comes out. I would say it's way past time you did a water change. Fish need at least 50% of their water changed weekly. If you look after their water they will do well. The basic rule is 1 inch of fish needs a minimum of 1 gallon of water. Give them less than that and insufficient water changes, they will not last long.
