I assume you mean Web history. And generally speaking no. Then can just look at the logs and see what ip addresses you visited. Also most companies use VNC software, which will allow them to actively connect to a user's PC (as well as monitor what you are doing in real time, even though this is not what it is intended for.) see winVNC or tightVNC. Also most companies setup administrative shares (c:\) so they can backup your data, and move around files for users if needed. This means they can copy any history files off your computer if needed. This would be tedious and very time consuming to look through and unlikely for that reason. If they think you are doing something wrong, they can also capture all your incoming and outgoing packets via a program like wireshark, and figure out exactly what is going on. Some companies also use proxies for web browsing, to make sure employees are not going to anywhere they shouldn't. If your company is running the proxy server they have access to logs which would clearly show where you have been, what sites were blocked, etc. Medium to large companies use commercial grade ISPs which will also monitor live traffic if asked.

No, a system administrator does not usually need to log into a user's account to view their history. As an administrator, they generally have access to logs and monitoring tools that allow them to view system activity and user history without directly logging into individual accounts. However, in some cases, if there is a specific need or investigation, an administrator might need to log into a user's account with proper authorization and justification.

Can there be two admin users on one computer?

Yes and no. In Windows, there is actually only one account named "Administrator". However you can add extra accounts with total "Administrator privileges". Most of the time, unless you specify a restricted account, any account added under an administrator account has the exact same privileges as the administrator. Other operating systems may differ from this. I am only referring to the popular Windows operating system.

This is dependent on the operating system. On Windows NT-based systems, the Administrator or any user with Administrator privileges can make changes to the system configuration. In Mac OS X and most Linux distributions, users in the admin group can make changes to the system by entering their password when prompted to escalate their privileges. otherwise they operate as normal users.
