I would have to say shaving body hair would keep you cooler while you are doing physical activity. Especially if the body hair in question is being covered by a shirt, as in chest or back hair. The body hair essentially adds another "layer" under your shirt, effectively increasing the insulation surrounding your torso and ultimately increasing your core temperature.
