If it's for her shows and stuff then she wakes up at 6am if it's not for her shows and stuff then whenever she wants to wake up.
It depends. If you're saying I need a wake-up call then yes. But if you're saying something like I wake up at 6 am everyday, then no. I'm not exactly sure why but my English teacher corrected it from wake up call to wake-up call so I'm not questioning her intentions.

If school starts are 7am, you might want to get up around 6am. If you went to bed at 10pm, that would give you 8 hours of sleep.
Maybe you are worried about something to do with school. Our thoughts can cause sick feelings in us. If there is a problem at school maybe talk to one of your parents or grand parents, school nurse, teacher you like.
Drink and eat warm things. Stuff like ice cream would make your cold last longer. So drink something like warm tea, and eat something like soup.
