yes it does.
new headers and exhaust can improve it by at least a hundred horse power
You can use it to power a turbo for the engine to gain horse power.
No it increases your horse power and fuel
I can tell you what NOT to do. Do not install after market intake or exhaust. Those absolutely kill low end power. ^^^^don't listen to this guy adding an aftermarket cold air intake and free-er flowing exhaust will help improve low end torque. Don't add a massive diameter exhaust pipe, but a smartly built mandrel bent pipe will improve you're overall power.
140hp with single exhaust; 150hp with dual exhaust (included with the trailer towing package).
either get a DEP exhaust or if your bike has 'POWER' valves pay for them to be opend
a throttle body spacer will help some, as will certain types of exhaust but a performance chip is the biggest thing you can do to improve horsepower
Exhaust camshaft phasing on a VVT (variable valve timing) engine is the adjustment of the exhaust camshaft(valve timing) to what the cylinder needs at that rpm/load to improve power/eff. or emissions.
no because of the different engine sizes and the ports wouldn't match up to the cylinders, you would loose horse power and have a restricting exhaust
Exhaust camshaft phasing on a VVT (variable valve timing) engine is the adjustment of the exhaust camshaft(valve timing) to what the cylinder needs at that rpm/load to improve power/eff. or emissions.
10HP to 20HP according to engine displacement and condition.
10 to 20 percent
