it is removed through the fuel fill door remove fuel fill door,then rubber around filler neck,remove neck bolted to top of fuel tank pull up carefully and manuver pump and float assy. make sure battery is disconnected first step. easy job.use new gasket for neck (dealer part)
There is an anti-siphon valve in the filler neck. You can not siphon.
