The only airline that currently flies to Norfolk Island is Norfolk Air, http://www.norfolkair.com/. They currently fly from Sydney Airport (up to 3 flights per week), Newcastle Airport (1 flight per week), Melbourne Airport (1 flight per week) and Brisbane Airport (up to 3 flights per week).
You can ask in several ways. You can simply request special assistance from Jodogoairportassist assistance at the airport or after purchasing your airline ticket, you’ll need to contact the airline to request any special assistance that you will need at the airport. Be sure to review the list of airline special assistance request codes before calling the air carrier. For wheelchair assistance, you should request earlier. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours early to request assistance. Request wheelchair assistance at the ticketing counter. Ask airport staff members for assistance with transfers when you arrive. Get to your gate at least 1 hour early to request boarding assistance. However, there should be signs in the airport to where the “special assistance” help desk is. Alternatively a companion can help you, including pushing you in an airport provided a wheelchair, through the airport, and up to the departure gate.

Yes. You could apply to work on the ramp of a large airport. If you live near a small airport, you could apply for work around the operations office or with a private company doing odd jobs like washing aircraft.
An airline adapter is for use of modern headphones. Older planes and headphones used 2 mono audio jacks instead of 1 stereo jack. The adapter brings the 2 mono jacks into 1 stereo jack, so that modern headphones can be used on board the plane.
