yes he is deeply love with her and said so in amu room on the bed. it is because he herd tedase tell amu he was in love with her and in the night he started taking about it amu was going red i thr face and sad "ikuto your 17 so is ther a girl you are in love with?" this is what ikuto said "yes its you".

but in the manga it was a bit more romantic ikuto was huging amu with his head on her chest and it was the the same speech as the cartoon.

yes because on episode 102 ikuto kissed her on the cheek and she blushed and sort of smiled!!!

Amu acts like she doesn't like Ikuto cause that's her "outside" character. she even told Tadase that she didn't like him cause it would ruin their "relationship" together.
