Well yes it does. The problems arise mainly from the halter breeding type of Arabians. The breeders breed for a false type of Arab that is extreme. It has been proven time and again that the Arab is not supposed to look like the halter horses but the people continue to breed for the look. So problems arise, including too small joints that break down easily. Too small heads and mouths that lead to dental and bitting issues. Extra long 'swan' necks that are out of balance. Extremely flat croups that are not supposed to be there and cause soreness problems. And a whole bunch more problems.
