do you mean rights to the child's child? none.
grandparents don't have any rights to the children unless rights by the first parent are surrendered and grandparents have been given custody through the courts.
A pregnant minor can surrender her child to adoption without ever telling her parents she was pregnant.
parents of pregnant girls have made it very impossible for them to keep their children though. If you read "girls who went away" by ann fessler you will see that although parents don't have rights over their pregnant daughters, they can make their life very difficult and make it near impossible for them to keep their babies which is heart wrenching to me.
May I please encourage you to assist your daughter in keeping her child and attempting to parent and not pressuring her to surrender her child if she expresses desire to parent. Pelase encourage her to at least give it a try. you may be surprised at how wondeful grandparent-hood can be. My mother was very upset when i became pregnant, she didn't help at all, a year later I introduced her to my daughter and she has been the greatest help ever since. She will be the first to say that her initial rejection was the biggest mistake she'd ever made.
If you are struggling with custody of your child, or are in conflict with your parents over your pregnancy or child, then you should contact your local Department of Social Services and they will inform you of your rights and tell you about any programs you may be entitled to. I would imagine all of this would vary from state to state.
This is a tricky issue which varies greatly from state to state and by your circumstances. Your county probably has a legal aid department or a community social worker who can help you in your local area. As a public school teacher, I saw too many 28 and 29 year old grandmothers. All of them wanted to have some level of parental rights but most had no legal rights even if they were providing support to the teen mom and baby.
in the case of the baby you have all the rights an adult mother would have, unless social services has become involved for some reason, as for yourself you need to be more specific.
Teenage mothers have all of the same rights that adult age mothers have. They have the right to custody, child support, and help from social agencies.
Of course you do! It's up to you what you do or don't do because it's your child and your body !
A teen mom, a minor mom, have rights to decide everything regarding her child.
Yes she does, but those rights are outlined/limited by the law in the state or country (if outside of the US) where she resides.

It is your mother's home so you have whatever rights she allows you.
Only the court can deny rights, the mother can not.
