No, Dyslexia is a Specific Learning Difficulty that can be genetic, it's important to realise that it is not an illness. It's believed that you are born Dyslexic, rather than you become Dyslexic.

Though apparently there have been cases where people have become Dyslexic after major head injuries. (I don't know if it's true or how common it's, I just read it on a few web pages)

Those of us who are Dyslexic are more prone to having really high levels of anxiety, which can cause panic attacks and other anxiety problems. These problems don't help the dyslexic and they make the dyslexic symptoms/traits more noticeable and problematic.

If you are interested in the subject area you should look up Dyslexia and your home country and/or area because the meaning of Dyslexia can vary.
