Reggae originated in the late 90s into the 80s.
No way to really answer that, as there is no set definition as to what 'old school' music is. For someone born in the late 90s, music from the early 90s might be 'old school' to them, whereas it might not be for someone born in the 70s.
Thanks. But, I finally figured out what was in my head and it wasn't even close to Keith Urban and "You'll Think of Me." It was "Jessie" by Joshua Kadison released in 1993.
