There isn't a code for any of the tiaras. You get the Princess Crown when you buy the Purrincess Kitty and bring it to life in Buildabearville. You need to bring a Precious Pink Teddy to life to get the Small Pink Tiara, the Topaz Teddy to get the Topaz Tiara (Yellow), or the Adoring Amethyst Teddy to get the Large Pink Tiara or you could try trading for one.
