Just buy the game. You'd be very lucky if someone was willing to give away an account for free. Try asking a friend if he has an account he'll give to you and you'll pay him 15-20 dollars cash. That's how I got mine because my parents didn't want me using a credit card.

Unless you have judgment(s) pending, where a bank account could be levied, there shouldn't be any problem.
