I just finished dealing with the threat of a foreclosure. I found out about Prime Legal Plans through a telemarketing call and I thought they might be a scam, but the program actually made sense so I figured I would try it. I got a little frustrated in the beginning and my wife was really scared that we were going to lose the house. It was almost two months before I got to meet with the Attorney but he definitely knew what he was doing. Anyway, it took some time but my interest rate actually got adjusted down from 12% to 2% and my payment went down by almost $1000 per month. I am happy with the results.

Prime Legal Plans is a legal management firm I've come to find out, they aren't lawyers directly but they manage the relationship between you and them. I've dealt with them for my house in Mass. they did an alright job I think. They got my interest rate on my mortgage reduced so I can afford the payments.
