If it is the heavy thick glass with ornate silver metal base: From what I can find, it was made around 1968, by the Pitman-Dreitzer Company. It has a value of around USD $200. The handle on the punch ladle was also metal and the cups match the punch bowl (12 cups). If you have the entire set the value would be more. No sure how much.But I have everything. :)
