Does anyone know The name of a book where a family goes to a lake and the brother thinks his little sister drowns only to later find out that she was kidnapped by someone in an ice cream truck i think?

I needed to explain more so im doing this.... well the boy ends up going back to the lake and looking for his sister... eventually finding the house of the people who kidnapped her and taking her back from the people.... (also i think he would have dreams or visions of the sister still being alive which was what brought him back to the lake)
Someone please help me find this book... it was one of the many books i actually enjoyed reading and it got me into reading in the first place =/
