No. If your trigger doesn't respond to a good cleaning and proper lubrication, or is unsafe, take it to a gunsmith.
The 340 series triggers varied from OK to terrible.
IF you are schooled enough in DYI gunsmithing, you can smooth and polish a few spots, but this IS NOT for someone who does not completely understand every aspect of trigger work! A safe firearm is your NUMBER ONE priority!

No, the triggers on 336 and other Marlin lever actions have no adjustments built in. Some gunsmiths and owners have worked over their triggers to make them better, but most just let them wear in. Aftermarket trigger springs, and mainspring kits are available from places like Wild West Guns, or Dave Clay, to make the trigger feel better. Sometimes this leads to lighter strikes, or misfires, so it's trial and error process. Hope this helps.

12/27/01 Savage doesnt make one but you can get a 10 round magazine from 17HMRMAG.com specifically for the Savage 93r17. Savage does not make clips for the 93r17 with any other capacity other than 5. you can purchase extra clips on the savage website. i also found Savage 93r17 clips at my local academy
