MOST DEFINITELY! Only one capful of apple cider vinegar in a half litre bottle of
water on my nightstand has completely stopped the hot flashes & night sweats.
Ironically this was an accidental discovery on my part. I began to take it as I read on the net that it would neutralise the acid forming foods I was eating which were contributing to the open pores on my face - see one of the links I read here http://www.londonlaser.com/openpores.html abot acid forming foods.
I immediately put two & two together when I realised that the flashes which I was experiencing 8-10 times a day and the night sweats which were seriously affecting my sleep had disappeared and this morning I googled "apple cider vinegar and hot flashes" only to find that the "news" was already out there.

Hi, I don't have much information on ACV but I can say it worked for me. I read about how it can stop acidreflux/gastroreflux/GERD. I tried it twice now and so far I am free from that very painful experience. As a matter of fact I had such bad acid reflux a few days ago, I thought I may need to go to the emergency room...just to get that numbing cocktail and rid myself of the pain. This experience is the reason that I got on line to look for natural products vs adding to the already too many medications (two are for the acid) that I currently take. I came across the ACV information...here it is and I pray that it helps you like it did me. 6-8 oz room temp water 1 tsp ACV (Braggs 1 tsp raw honey I really hate the smell of vinegar, and the idea of drinking it was something I never thought I would do, but I am able to drink down the mixture without (well you know). On top of that there is very little after taste.

Yeah it is... though it's a bit counter productive. You're drinking an acid (vinegar) with an antacid (Mylanta). Sort of cancels out the two. You'll be a bit gaseous... well more than a bit. Put conditioner in it then wash it out with cold water instead of warm or hot water! it works very good STOP!! using conditioner!!!! My hair is the same why,use apple cider vinegar wash it out good and you will not smell like vinegar trust me!!! And if you don't want to do that go and buy some mane and tail horse shampoo and conditioner and don't put the conditioner on the top of your head this shampoo is awesome i use it myself
