Yes Ashfur went to Starclan, Lionblaze visited Starclan and met Yellowfang, they ran into Ashfur in Starclan. But he is still mad at Lionblaze's family. Also Yellowfang said Ashfur didn't do anything but loved too much, and so did Squirrelflight.

Shadowclan also is brought back to their beliefs in StarClan. Firestar loses a life- now he only has two left!

Ashfur seems to have directed his hate to Squirrelflight. It can be assumed he believes that Squirrelflight, opting to choose Brambleclaw over Ashfur, was the one who was at fault. Maybe he thought Brambleclaw was an innocent bystander or something. If he did feel any hatred toward him, it's possible he simply chose to hate Squirrelflight instead, because he still loves her. Love hate situation.
Is Hollyleaf in Starclan?
Yes, in the book The Forgotten Warrior (Omen of the Stars) she returns to ThunderClan after living underground and hunting on the other side of the hills. She returns after helping Ivypool and Dovewing out of the tunnels, and confesses to the clan that she killed Ashfur. She is welcomed into the clan, but rejected by some of her old clan mates for some time. But she also helps the clan train in fighting in tunnels.
