Atoms are one element only. A stable molecule can only have one element if it is a diatom or a network of carbon for instance (diamond). Molecules have generally 2 or more elements.
it contains only i atomic
Atoms are made up of at least one proton, at least one nuetron, and at least one electron. The number of electrons an atom has must be equal to its protons, otherwise, it is called an ion.
nitrogen is an element, not a compound.
An oxide always has at least one oxygen atom as well as at least one atom of a different element.
They both have at least one sulphur atom
An oxide is a chemical compound containing at least one oxygen atom as well as at least one other element. Ex. Carbon Dioxide (One carbona atom, two [di] oxygen atoms).
The element hydrogen is least massive as it has only one proton, one electron.
Not all but most do
They both consist of at least one atom.
an atom is the smallest part of any substance a substance has to be an atomic structure because every substance has at least one atom.
Each atom in a covalent bond shares at least one electron with another electron of another atom to maintain the covalent bond.
The central atom in a Lewis structure is usually the least electronegative atom.EDIT:If an atom occurs only once, this atom is most likely to be the central atom (exception is hydrogen, as it can make only 1 bond [1 electron necessary to reach a noble gas electron configuration]). The atom that can form the greatest number of bonds (has the least number of valence electrons) or is the least electronegative (least likely to attract atoms).
