Yes they can.
Blurred vision is a symptom of migraine. Migraine is not exactly a headache, but severe pain in the head is what happens during a migraine attack. The suffer may also see haziness or distortions during the early phases of migraine.
But people can get blurred vision during true headaches as well, such as a cluster headache or a headache from tension and tiredness.
There are over 300 different headache disorders, and some can be caused or triggered by eye strain.
For appropriate diagnosis, treatment and management of Migraine and headache disorders, please seek the help of a board certified Migraine and headache specialist who has had additional training in these disorders and diseases.

Well, the big sign is you'll see things blurry. Not always super blurry, sometimes it's just a little. And I THINK another one is your eyes'll like be kinda...off...Like, if you put your finger away from your nose, and bring it in slowly, and keep your eyes on it, one of your eyes will lose interest and kinda look away. It can also give you headaches.
The cast of Blurry Eyes - 2013 includes: Daniel Semanas

no but i have experienced a lot of 3-D movies and it seems to make it blurry and hard to focus on if it comes too close to your eyes. so if it starts to get blurry close your eyes so it doesn't give you a headache

you should never want to wear someone else's glasses at all for my opinion. But if you want to try it on, don't keep it on more than 30 sec. It will give you headaches, blurry eyes, and dizziness :) i hope this helps. if not, im sorry. :)
