I just put the game disc in my laptop and it plays e.g.(Dragon Age: Origins)(Batman: Arkham Asylum). What you need is a newer game to work on a Windows 7 computer, but some older games also work e.g.(Dark Sector). It's just a case of trial and error if it will work.
