Being in a clique is a form of snobbery, really, and makes the members feel better about themselves, that is, superior to others who are not in a clique. Being in a clique is not important to most 'regular' people who have good self-esteem.

The primary duty of a TIP member is to complete the tasks that were issued to them, learn from their mentors and show that you can be a good supervisor on Answers. You will need to be polite to others and demonstrate good communication skills (easily done by regularly asking TIP supervisors questions). TIP members do not have any responsibilities except for themselves.

As a member of the laity, my responsibilities include actively participating in the life of the church, such as attending services, contributing to communal worship, and engaging in fellowship with other members. I am also called to live out my faith in everyday life, embodying the teachings of my faith in my interactions and decisions. Additionally, I may serve through volunteer work, support church initiatives, and help spread the message of my faith to others in the community.
