For most people after having their stomach pierced it wont hurt. However, some people may experience some pain. While it may not hurt right after having your body pierced, there could be some pain later on.
I personally recommend that you don't rub/ lay anything over the area where you have been pierced as this has the potential to cause even more pain.
yes it is the most painful piercing
Pain is a relative thing, piercing done by a professional body piercer is quick simple and next to painless.
I had my bellybutton pierced about 6 months ago and i can still remember how painful it was. I am not trying to put anybody off but it is the most painful piercing i have ever had and i am really high pain threshold.

It sounds to me like your talking about a dermal or a horizontal navel piercing which is a surface piercing. But from the sound of it it's a dermal piercing because I've never seen a surface piercing with 3 balls unless there 3 different piercing in a row. I could help you more if I saw a picture of what your talking about.
You won't have that problem if you go to a professional.
Usually the piercer will have numbing gel which they will put on before piercing, but if you want it numbed find out before you have it done!
The amount of pain from a piercing depends largely on your pain tolerance. Mainly what you should expect from an ear piercing will be a small flick of pain when the earring goes in. You may experience pain on your earlobe for a few minutes following. Facial, body, and cartilage piercings cause more pain before and afterward.
All piercings hurt.
I've gotten my tongue, ears, nose and bellybutton and i'd say that my nose hurt the most by far but was still bearable and the least painful was tied between my ears and bellybutton because you really dont feel either. but you need to remember that pain is a relative thing so it depends on your pain tolerance.
