Yes the Prestige and hardened editions are the only source of the 4 WAW Zombie Maps that have Been changed to allow use in Call of Duty Black Ops. They include a card with a code that will allow a single download for the maps. Used Prestige games are sold without the maps because there card is not tonger a valid code.

No the Black ops and world at war map packs come with one zombie map and 4 other maps and you must buy them that way. The 4th and last Black Ops map pack Rezurrection does come with 5 Zombie maps because it includes the 4 WAW Zombie Maps and the Zombie map Moon

From what I can learn the Maps are only similar to the Maps in the Map Packs from Call of Duty World at War and those Maps do not and will not work with Call of Duty Black Ops. The Maps also appear to have been part of the game disc and not a download someone can sell of give you a code to.
