blood is made of a high concentration of salt and water and any salt and water solution is a very good conductor of electricity, so it is very likely that blood is a good electrical conductor.

yes it can!!! due to the salt (NaCl) in it. the Na atoms are +tively charged and the Cl are -tively charged. therefore the elecricity can flow through the + to -.
