Yes. 7% in each bottle of water is chlorine.

Are you sure about that level? Mains water chlorine levels are about 2ppm; swimming-pools use 2 -4 ppm. That's far, far lower than that 7%: you'd be drinking bleach!
yes it comes from the sewage (your toilet) but it goes through a long process so that people can drink it.
Bottled water is really made from.... water. Some comes from springs, some come from the NYC water system... some is filtered more than others...
"Ozarka water comes from a spring in Arkansas. The water is then shipped to Eureka Water Company,in Oklahoma. Where it is then bottled and sold in many different places."
The most common source of water is the clouds or storms. These are the most common because during evaporation, the water becomes water vapor. The water vapor then goes to the clouds which is later dispensed by a storm when the weather conditions are just right. Besides, where does bottled, tap, mountain, river, ocean, lake, and pond water come from. The clouds because when it rains, the water goes into the streams or wherever you get your water.Hope I answered your questions! :)

From the mountain stream. <><><> Maybe- or it may be from a spring, or a well. But SOME bottled water simply came from a faucet. Simply having been put into a bottle imparts no special features or powers.
What does "legit water" mean? Nestle Pure Life is a brand for a variety of bottled ... um ... water-based beverages (at least some of them have fruit flavorings and Splenda (sucralose) added). I meant, is it just reused tap water? Or does it come from natural springs and such?
Possibly because most tap water has natural minerals that have not been removed, regardless of chlorination and whatever else has been done to purify for culinary usage. Some bottled water has been filtered, even distilled to remove the minerals. Others are nothing but tap water bottled with a fancy price for a big profit.
In 2007, 200 billion litres of bottled water were sold worldwide. At 0.264 gallons per litre, that would be 52.8 billion gallons. That's as close as I can come at giving you an answer, because I don't have any more recent statistics, and I don't know how many of those bottle have already been drunk, and how many are still full.
