Tt taste like many things! For those who have tasted it at an age you can remember, you probably thought it was creamy.
Nasty, very very bitter.
To a baby it's sweet.
Like milk with sugar.
It depends what she eats. I have tasted it before and it is kinda like regular milk but a lot more watery.
It's very creamy and sweat; it often nauseates adults.
