There is no fibre in a chicken thigh. Fibre is indigestible part of plants called cellulose. It bulks up your stools and allows your feces to leave your body easily without constipation. Chicken is an animal hence no fibre!

Very little, if you are using white bread. If you use wholemeal, the fibre content increases significantly. But essentially, chicken and white bread are not good sources of fibre.
