i think it does because it does contain milk but not as much as pure milk at the same time it can be fatty but if you eat about one square a day it can improve your health but i wouldn't trust myself I'm only ten
Good answer for a ten year old. Yes, there is milk in it, containing calcium which is needed for formation and maintenance of the bones and teeth, and the milk in chocolate is fatty, depending on what kind of chocolate (mainly milk and white), but dark chocolate probably has the most benefits to the skeletal system. It also contains magnesium, which helps maintain strong bones, phosphorus, which has that same benefit and has a role in utilizing the energy in food. But Dark Chocolate also has a lower amount of calcium than milk and white chocolate. I'm not sure if I'm right though, I got this from a website, so I wouldn't trust myself either, I'm only twelve.

The major tissues involved in the skeletal system include connective tissues and muscle. The connective tissues help hold the skeletal system together.
Muscular.
Skeletal muscles help you when you want to move. Skeletal muscles are voluntary muscles that you can control.
The nervous system helps the skeletal system by sending signals to the muscles to contract, allowing movement and support of the bones. Additionally, sensory nerves provide feedback on body position and balance to help maintain proper posture and prevent injury to the skeletal system.
