Normally when boys go through puberty they get hair under their arms (armpit area), they get hair around their genital area and their penis or genitals get larger. Their voice deepens and they begin to want to have sex all the time. Often they will wake up and have an erection because of dreams. All of this is normal. To answer your question, yes your penis should grow at least a little more when you start to go through puberty.
