Yes, it's just hard to find now. Many stores have cut back so on the shades they carry, and so many people want the tan or faux tan look that the super-light ones like the Rachael shades don't sell as well. I used Rachael 1 in my teens and most of my twenties, but most recently when I went to restock, there was none to be found in my little town. I had to switch to the shade "Naturelle" because it was the palest I could find.
I have found it online, and when I use up "Naturelle", I'll order some.
I've seen Rachael 1 on Amazon, thank goodness.

I wish stores would remember pale chicks *do* exist, even down here in the sunny South.
I would use the face powder that is made by the brand called Coty.
Coty Airpsun face powder is a cosmetic makeup which uses a microspun formula. This product an be purchased at drugstores such as Walgreens, Amazon online, CVS, Walmart, and Ebay.
I have been looking everywhere (in stores and online) for this product and cannot find it either. I couldn't tell from Coty's website if they have discontinued it but it appears that way. well, i hope you have found it by now. But if not, try: http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/coty-airspun-fragrance-free-face-powder/ID=prod3315368-product
Yes, Coty bottles are collectable. Firstly because they have a collectable appeal to perfume bottle enthusiasts but also because Coty used fine French glassmakers such as Lalique to make their bottles they have an intrinsic value in the quality of the glass and the strength of the Lalique brand. The packaging of Coty also has a collectable appeal - particularly the iconic design for their face powder boxes, which incorporates stylized powder puffs and which are still made today. Here is an example of some recent Coty bottles at auction: http://www.auctionatrium.com/?page=search_results&order=remaining&order_dir=desc&keyword=coty&search_option=&search=

Ebay is your best hope to locate Coty lipstick. Keep in mind, however, the product is likely to be opened or old, in which case rancidity is a possibility. In addition, the FDA came down quite hard on cosmetic companies several years ago for the inclusion of ingredients considered dangerous, such as lead, which were particularly concentrated in red colors, apparently. It is not clear whether the original formulations contain ingredients that would no longer be used today. Therefore, even if Coty were to revive their cosmetic line, the staying power Coty 24 lipcolors were famous for may not be the same. Those who are searching for this product need to let the Coty company know. If company representatives are inundated with requests to reintroduce their cosmetic line, they might oblige if the market appears to be there. If consumers do not contact them directly, however, they have no reason to believe that a market for Coty cosmetics still exists. A number of vintage-inspired cosmetic brands have taken off in recent years. Perhaps naming a few would of these successful immitators would persuade Coty, which presently manufactures fragrances, to rethink the fact that they all but discontinued their cosmetic line (the lone exception being their Airspun Face Powder developed in 1932).
