Createx is an acrylic based paint and generally is removable from skin. If you are painting on someone there are other companies that make paint specifically for that use. If you are just trying to remove over-spray you got on yourself use a super fatted soap or cold cream for large and/or heavy patches and ordinary dish washing soap for smaller area. If over-spray is something that happens to you often, try putting on a bit of hand lotion before you start painting or look into a product called "Gloves in a Bottle"

How do you remove dried water based paint from clothing?

Scrub the garment with turpentine. This will get rid of any oil paint. Of course the clothing will need a thorough wash afterwards to get rid of the turpentine smell. There is also this awesome product called kiss off!! When I paint with oils I tend to get it everywhere and it always gets rid of the stains!
