Im sure he still loves her but he has to get over the past and move on with the future. He took her name (feather) to remind him of what she did for him but he will forever be in love with Leafpool. (Even though Nightcloud is his mate)

No, Crowfeather's feelings for Feathertail have faded over time. Crowfeather has moved on and formed new relationships since Feathertail's passing.
