no. i would recommend deleting all yourself before deactivation. but that still doesn't mean they don't have them archived somehow somewhere else still.

Go all the way to the bottom of setting and click deactivate account.although deactivating your account doesnt completely delete it, it will act as if you did delete it and incase you want it back all you have to do is log in
You can't request to have someone else's facebook deleted. But If the person has inappropriate pictures or is threatening you...etc. You can report them and then it is up to facebook if they delete the profile or not.
