Yes, but it depends on how long the gummy bears have been soaked in vodka. It usually takes 3-5 days for them to absorb all of the alcohol. Also eating one drunken gummy bear isn't going to get you drunk. You would have to eat a few hand fulls before you can feel the effects of alcohol. Which shouldn't be a problem since they taste delicious!

How much tops could sink in there before it began to separate and get all soupy and gross? Not likely more than an ounce, maybe one and a half (the content of most cans is 1.2 ounces still) Then even if you were going to get the whole tin in your mouth, are you typically going to get intoxicated on drinking a shot or a shot and a half vodka. Unless you are a girl all of 7, the answer is unlikely. You will have butter luck soaking 151 in cherries or Vodka in watermelon.
