There is nothing in particular you can eat to increase breast size. Gaining weight overall does increase bustline for most women, but not only in that area. Chest exercises like pushups will increase the muscle size under breasts and "lift" the area.
You can't increase the size of the chest for girls, it will develop naturally in its own time. The only exception would be to consider plastic surgery to increase breast size.

To increase your chest or go up a size, there are a couple of options. A push up bra works very. The other option which I'm not to fond about is plastic surgery but that's your decision to make.

At the elbow in the downward faze of the press up your elbows movement is flexion as is is decreasing in size. your shoulders movement is extension as the muscle is increasing in size. on the upward phase it is the exact same but the opposite way around... (elbow - extension and shoulder - flexion)
