You can not take any form of antibiotic, you can not protect your self from any change of temperature, you can not get plenty of sleep, or you can not drink plenty of liquids(meaning water and juice containing vitamin C sodas are completely useless and ruin your teeth). I suggest that you use this form of reference to help yourself when you have a cold. otherise trying to make yourself sicker is a horrible idea.
