drinking lucozade
Scientifically, I don't know this answer to this, but generally speaking, yes. I have found that drinking too much Lucozade is bad for me. Drinking Lucozade whenever I feel thirsty all day every day leaves me feeling very sick and as though acid is continually building up in my system. As someone who has been diagnosed with Epilepsy, I suffer from what is called 'myoclonic jerks' or 'twitches' and these become noticeably worse as my intake of Lucozade increases and I therefore have had to cut back on how often I drink it, only buying one bottle when in need of an energy boost if I am ill or on the rare occasion when my blood sugar level can be known to drop.In conclusion, I don't believe that Lucozade is bad for your health when it is consumed in moderation, however when the intake of this particular drink exceeds two per day, a negative effect can be the only result.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I drank 9 in one morning and my eyesight was awful. obviously due to more sugar intake when not needed for energy this glucose will store as fat product

Lucozade is the correct spelling.
No, however there are several acidic ingredients such as Absorbic Acid and Citric acid which can give you terrible stomach ulcers. If I were you, I wouldn't advise drinking Lucozade. There are other healthier alternatives like apples and bananas which are great energy boosters.
